Note: Although the Institute is now closed (it was sold and is not a private residence), we have left it in the Directory because it was such a fine example of a therapeutic landscape. The garden was used both for diagnosis and treatment.
The garden was a case study in Robin Moore's chapter on Children's Gardens in Clare Cooper Marcus and Marni Barnes' Healing Gardens: Therapeutic Benefits and Design Recommendations (Wiley, 1999).
